Is there an after-hours call-out fee?
Yes — after-hours and holiday calls carry a flat call-out fee that we quote up front before we book the visit. There are no surprise charges on the invoice.
Can you shut off my water if I can't find the valve?
Yes. If you can't isolate the leak, turn off what you can and call us — we'll locate the main shut-off and stop the flow first, then diagnose the repair.
Do you guarantee the repair?
