A renovation is only as good as what's behind the walls. We do the rough-in plumbing for bathroom and kitchen renovations — layout, drainage, water supply, and venting — so the finished fixtures land where they should and the system passes inspection the first time.
We work with your contractor or designer, or directly with you, to lay out the plumbing to match the plan and the code. We coordinate with the gas work for kitchen ranges and tankless upgrades, and we leave the rough-in clean and labelled for the trim-out.

Do you work with my contractor or designer?
Yes. We coordinate layout, scheduling, and inspections with your general contractor or designer so the plumbing fits the plan and the timeline.
Can you move plumbing in a renovation?
In most cases, yes. We assess what's feasible given the structure and existing routing and advise on the most cost-effective layout before you commit.
Do you handle the gas line for a new range?
Yes. We're licensed gas fitters, so the gas rough-in for a kitchen range or cooktop is part of the same package.
Will the rough-in pass inspection first time?
We lay out and test to code before calling the inspection, so the vast majority of our rough-ins pass on the first visit. If an inspector flags anything, we fix it at our cost.
